How does the "no fixed monthly fee" pricing work?

You start completely free. When you move to outcome-based pricing, you only pay a small percentage (typically 1%) of the rewards you actually pay out. If you don't pay rewards, you don't pay us.

Can I integrate with my existing CRM?

Yes! We have native Salesforce integration with stage mapping, plus Zapier support for connecting to virtually any other CRM or tool in your stack.

How do members submit and track referrals?

Each member gets access to a branded portal where they can submit new referrals, share their unique referral link, and track the progress of their referrals through your pipeline.

How are rewards paid out?

You can pay rewards via PayPal (automated) or manually. For e-commerce, we also support Shopify discount code generation as a reward type.

Is there a limit on programs, members, referrals or customers?

No. Every plan includes truly unlimited programs, members, referrals and customers. We don't believe in artificial caps that punish your success.
